FITNESS CLASSES SPRING 2023

CORE

A pilates-style mat workout to tighten your core, resulting in a slimmer, more toned body.

Appropriate for all adult fitness levels.

JAZZERCISE

The original aerobic exercise class, Jazzercise, combines dance, strength training, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing movements into one fun and effective total body workout. When you love your workout, the results come easy.

All fitness levels are welcome.

MOMENTUM: MOVING IN FAITH

LOVE YOUR BODY

Goals: flexibility, agility, mobility, strength, and stability.

The Love Your Body workout is movement to music, drawing from the traditions of martial arts, dance and yoga. For everybody, ages 12-100, and all fitness levels. This workout is done barefoot (shoes if needed) and conditions mind, body, heart and spirit.

This practice includes a monthly scripture and recovery focus, warmup, get moving, cool down, relaxation and prayer.

This community of women who choose movement is inspiring, and encouraging.

Moving your body can create momentum in life...come dance with us.

    Foundation Yoga: In this yoga class we share slow breath to body movements, which is great for beginners and for those looking to build strength and flexibility.

    SENIOR ADULT FITNESS

    Body, Mind and Spirit! Our senior exercise classes are some of the best in the community! Classes are taught by certified instructors in a non-bias and stress-free environment! Join us for muscle toning, strength training and stretching using hand weights, tubes and chairs. Modifications can be made for any fitness level! Please wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.

    TONE NOURISH LOVE - FAT BURNING WORKOUTS

    Nutritional guidance, accountability, fun and fellowship. All levels. All ages.

    WOODLANDS TAI CHI

    The Woodlands Tai Chi (2009) is a completely voluntary community of seniors and residents of Montgomery County. It is open to those who are interested in the exercise of mental and physical health. Our goal is to offer seniors and residents of Montgomery County a productive and safe activity to help improve their bodies and minds.
