    Empower is a circuit-style workout that combines functional movement, free weights, and cardiovascular exercises to provide a full body, medium intensity class each week. Empower will encourage physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing all week long.

    The original aerobic exercise class, Jazzercise, combines dance, strength training, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing movements into one fun and effective total body workout.

    When you love your workout, the results come easy.

    All fitness levels are welcome.

    Foundation Yoga: In this yoga class we share slow breath to body movements, which is great for beginners and for those looking to build strength and flexibility.

    Body, Mind and Spirit! Our senior exercise classes are some of the best in the community! Classes are taught by certified instructors in a non-bias and stress-free environment! Join us for muscle toning, strength training and stretching using hand weights, tubes and chairs. Modifications can be made for any fitness level! Please wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.

    The Woodlands Tai Chi (2009) is a completely voluntary community of seniors and residents of Montgomery County. It is open to those who are interested in the exercise of mental and physical health. Our goal is to offer seniors and residents of Montgomery County a productive and safe activity to help improve their bodies and minds.

  • The Woodlands Tai Chi Classes are free. Purchase of WTC shirt is required for all new beginners class.

    Beginners class starts on Sept 30 and Oct 2, 2020
